It does not replace consultation with a qualified doctor, and no doctor–patient relationship is created by browsing our websites or submitting an enquiry. Always consult a dermatologist about your specific condition. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Results vary from person to person, depending on skin type, medical history, the condition being treated, adherence to the treatment plan, and other individual factors. Any timelines, session counts or expected outcomes mentioned on our websites or during consultation are typical expectations, not guarantees.

Before-and-after photographs show the results achieved by individual patients and are published with their consent. They are not a promise that any other person will achieve the same result.

Prices published on our websites are indicative and are intended to help you plan. Your final treatment plan and its cost are confirmed by your dermatologist at consultation, after assessing you.

All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged as applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices marked with an asterisk on our websites are subject to these terms.

Consultation fees are payable at the time of the visit and are non-refundable.

• Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Sessions not used within the validity period lapse, and the validity period cannot be extended.
• Packages are non-transferable and may be used only by the person who purchased them.
• If you choose to discontinue treatment part-way through a package, your remaining sessions stay available to you until the package expires. They are not refunded or exchanged.
• The number of sessions and the services included are those specified at the time of purchase. Additional sessions or services are chargeable separately.

• Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 6 hours' notice, by phone or WhatsApp.
• We make every effort to run on schedule. Where a clinical emergency or unforeseen circumstance requires us to reschedule your appointment, we will inform you as early as we can and offer you the earliest available alternative.

Fees paid to us, including consultation fees and payments for treatments and packages, are non-refundable. Where a service cannot be provided by us, we will offer an alternative service or a credit of equivalent value.

To treat you safely and effectively, we rely on you to:

• Give accurate and complete information about your medical history, anything you're currently taking, allergies and previous treatments
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy
• Follow the pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions you are given
• Attend your scheduled review appointments

Withholding relevant medical information can affect both your safety and your results.

All treatments are carried out after informed consent. Photographs are taken for clinical records as part of your treatment. Any public use of your photographs — on our websites, social media or marketing materials — happens only with your separate, explicit written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Patients under the age of 18 are treated only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

We accept payment by card, UPI, cash, online transfer and payment links.

Where zero-cost or low-cost EMI is offered, it is provided by our partner NBFCs and is subject to their terms, eligibility criteria and approval. We are not responsible for the decisions of financing partners.

All content on our websites — text, photographs, graphics, branding and design — belongs to Rasaa Aesthetic Services LLP and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Our websites may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, in line with accepted medical practice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from information you did not disclose, from failure to follow the instructions given to you, or from treatments carried out elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
